Conventional personal training has one major flaw: Most clients minimize the frequency of workouts due to cost, thereby minimizing the potential benefit of working out with a personal trainer. Loveland Strength and Fitness does it differently, and that's why 80% of our clients work out four or more times per week, and stay with us for one year or more.
Loveland Strength & Fitness is a personal training gym that operates with a monthly fee, rather than a per-workout fee, which motivates clients to come in as often as possible in order to maximize their membership. And because our fitness studio is divided into four separate areas, social distancing is built right into the workouts.
We select only the most highly qualified personal trainers who have demonstrated, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the ability to provide expert personal training to up to three clients at once. In fact, it's rare to find a personal trainer who meets our expectations. But when we do, they offer each client a fully-customized, goal-oriented program with a hybrid exercise technique selection, balancing corrective/functional movement with strength/endurance conditioning.
So technically, this is semi-personal training, and the first month is only $89.
