How does one trainer work with up to three clients at once?

We only employ personal trainers who have the proven ability to devote a high degree of attention to up to three clients at once - each with their own individualized workout. 

Isn't it bad to work out every day?

Our personal training clients can train up to seven days per week since no two workouts are alike. Each program incorporates different types of movement such as: Athletic Performance/Strength and Conditioning, Kettlebell Training, Steel Club Training, Gymnastics, Reactive Neuromuscular Training, Bodybuilding, Primal Movement Training, Yoga, Self-Myofacial Release, and more.


Our personal trainers take a functional movement approach to training and cover many fitness needs, from stability to strength to even breathing mechanics. Every movement in the gym has a real world application; that's why we have so few machines.

How much does it cost?

The first month of personal training is always just $89, for up to seven workouts per week. After that, we'll help you  determine which package is best for you.


Our Client Favorite is $250 per month, for up to seven workouts per week, so that each personal training session costs less than $10.


Other packages are designed for people who plan to come to the gym just a few days per week - or even just one day per week. Drop us a line for more information.

How do I sign up?

Contact us to schedule a complimentary initial screening,  so we can get a baseline on how you do things such as pick up heavy objects, lift heavy objects over your head, running gait, crawling patterns, standing on one foot, and more.


From there, your coach/trainer will show you how to schedule your workouts online, whether it's the same time every day, a different time every day, or anything in between.
